What we do
We rebuild damaged and compromised bike frames and restore them to their original integrity. We repair any type of carbon frame, not just road bikes. We also repair some carbon wheels, but this is dependent on the type of damage that has occurred. Every repair is unique and will depend on where the damage is and how much damage has been done. We do our best to achieve the highest quality finish on all repairs. Any damaged frame will never look quite the same again but we keep surfaces as even and faired as possible.
How we do it
Firstly we complete a thorough inspection of your frame. We then take the frame back to its carbon substructure in the area affected by removing the clear coat and paintwork. Subsequently we rebuild on top of that using only high quality carbon fibre and epoxy resin. Not all jobs are worth doing but cracked/crushed tubes are usually good for repair. Damage around inserts and tube junctions can be difficult but not always impossible.

What we don’t do
- Paint work; sometimes this is an easy one colour fix or it can be a work of art. If you’re lucky you’ll have a clear coated carbon frame and we can replicate that as part of our service. However if you have a coloured frame our best advice is to head down to your local automotive shop and get a colour matched spray can and go from there after your repair.
- Forks and components; we do not repair forks or handlebars due to the high risk nature. Buy new ones and sleep easy.
- We don’t fix all damaged frames. If the damage is not safe to repair we won’t accept the frame repair.
